The Recipe (Serves 20)
2 tablespoons salted butter (Vegan substitute: Margarine or coconut oil)
1 tablespoon of Align Matcha®
45 large marshmallows
5 cups of crispy rice cereal
½ cup of toasted sesame seeds

Large pan
Measuring cups and spoons
13” x 9” pan
How to make it:
Melt butter in a large pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, stir in Align Matcha®
Add in marshmallows and stir until melted
Mix in rice cereal and toasted sesame seeds and gently stir cereal until evenly coated with melted marshmallows
Transfer mixture to a 13” x 9” pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Allow to cool to room temperature and cut into bars.
